These little puddings were easy to make... but a bit fiddly.
~
Melt some chocolate melts (I used milk chocolate, you could use dark) then dip each marshmallow in the chocolate and set on a tray with baking paper.
~
Then drizzle some melted white chocolate on top of each marshmallow, making it drizzle down the sides. Top off with a piece of glace cherry and 2 tiny pieces of spearmint leaves lollies.
~
Oh, they are so yummy and cute!
