
This was breakfast this morning, yesterday I had 2 slices of wholemeal toast with tomato on it and a coffee.

Yummy sandwich with corned beef, lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber and the tiniest bit of grated cheese. An tub of
Ski Activ yoghurt and a banana later in the afternoon.

Chicken Cacciatore with oven baked potato wedges and carrots and peas for dinner.
A nibble of dried fruit and nuts after dinner and a cup of tea (with 2 Anzac biscuits).

A quick 30 minute walk this morning - bit wet out there!
